Money Matters Courses
Our trained financial literacy educators offer informative and interactive sessions on a variety of topics and can tailor the information to the specific needs of your group. Choose from one or more of the following topics:
This interactive session covers the basics of setting smart financial goals and building a budgeting plan to achieve them. Attendees will leave ready to start their financial journey and take control of their finances.
Every financial plan should include savings. We will explore the different reasons for saving and the many options for meeting short and long-term goals. Attendees will leave prepared to access tools to grow their funds with purpose.
Credit cards can be a powerful financial tool to build credit. If not used properly, they can also be a detriment to your long-term financial health. In this session, attendees will learn healthy credit card habits and the importance of their credit score.
People take out loans for a variety of reasons including buying a car, financing a home or covering unexpected expenses. In this session, attendees learn how to handle debt responsibly, pay-down existing debt and avoid negative impacts to their credit score.
