Easier account access with one login

Now you’ll enjoy a personalized and consistent experience across the technology you use to bank with us with one login. Instead of remembering multiple usernames and passwords for different banking services, you can now access all of the following services right in online and mobile banking with a single sign on:

• Enhanced online banking. Manage all your Fidelity accounts, link accounts from other financial institution, open additional accounts and utilize powerful financial tools. Online banking is now your connecting point.
• Fidelity Mortgage Manager. Access to this powerful mortgage management service is now exclusively through online banking. If you don’t have an existing online banking account, simply enter your existing Fidelity Mortgage Manager credentials in the homepage drop down menu. Once you’re logged in, click your mortgage account tile or select Mortgage Manager from the main menu to go directly into Fidelity Mortgage Manager without having to log in again.
• Consumer loan payment. Within online banking, you can choose to pay your loans from a Fidelity deposit account with the Loan Payments feature or pay from an account from a different financial institution with the External Account feature. Learn about other payment options here.
